SPECIAL STATEMENT REGARDING COVID-19

Hello, beautiful!

 

We are so excited to assist you with all of your bridal and formal needs! Here are some important things to know before shopping in our store at this time!

 

Our current hours are Tuesday - Friday 10 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 10 am to 4 pm. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays but we are always accepting Luxe appointment requests for these days.

 

Please note that stylists will be available by phone to assist you with any questions you may have during all operating hours (Tuesday through Saturday).

 

NEW POLICY & PROCEDURES

 

Our priority is to keep you and our staff safe while also giving you the most amazing and memorable dress shopping experience you deserve! To do so, we are taking the following precautions:

 

APPOINTMENT ONLY

To help us provide a safe and enjoyable experience, our store is open by appointment only. No walk-ins will be allowed.

 

GUEST LIMIT

To help us ensure the safety of our guests and employees, we will limit the number of guests you are allowed to bring to your appointment. Brides will be allowed a total of three (3) guests at an appointment. We welcome you to video call everyone else! Prom and homecoming will be allowed to bring two (2) guests to an appointment. Please call in regards to guest policies for bridesmaid and tuxedo appointments.

 

SAFETY FIRST

Everyone in the store—staff, clients and guests—will be required to wear a mask. We have disposable masks available if needed. Clients or guests that choose not to wear a mask will not be allowed in the store and will be asked to reschedule.

 

Our staff will use disposable tape measures as needed. They will dispose of and refresh their supplies after each appointment.

 

We will stagger our appointment times to abide by social distance recommendations and will allow 15 minutes between appointments to clean and sanitize fitting rooms, sitting areas and our entrance. At this time, we will not allow any outside food or beverage in the building.

 

TOUCHLESS PAYMENT

We highly recommend the use of credit cards for payment of your purchase to ensure we are able to process your payment through our touchless system.
