Are appointments required to shop?Yes (& no)! Appointments are required for bridal & bridesmaid appointments. However, bridal walk-ins can be accommodated upon availability (always call 620.235.0286 to be sure we can accommodate you & your party). Tuxedo, prom, & semi-formals DO NOT require appointments!

Do you offer special financing?No. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer special financing in the form of in-store credit or layaway. However, we do offer payment options for qualifying special-orders.

What sizes do you carry?We try our best to offer a complete spectrum of sizes at Sara Loree's to accommodate ALL of our customers. Our size ranges vary between departments (bridal, prom, tuxedo). If in-store samples or items are not the right fit for you, we can always order items in your exact size. Bridal: Our samples range from 4-30W and our designers offer sizing from 0-36 Prom: Our prom dresses range from 000-28W Tuxedos: We order our tuxedos in according to measurements taken in-store & having coordinating samples to try-on before ordering

My wedding is in less than 5 months, what do I do?We are very familiar with working with brides who have a quick timeline, so rest assured you still have lots of options when it comes to finding your dream dress. Any of our in-store dresses can be purchased off-the-rack & select styles can even be ordered with quick shipping & delivery. There are many options for you, so talk with your consultant about your preferred method, we are prepared to help!

How much do your dresses cost?With so many different types of dresses our prices vary a lot! Prom dresses typically run between $299-$599, while wedding dresses can be expected to run between $1000-$2250. Of course, there are outliers on either spectrum as well as discounts & sales throughout the year to give you the best bang for your buck!

Do you brides really say yes to the dress at their first appointment?Yes! Most brides actually say yes to one of the first 8 dresses they try-on! We find that our brides leave their bridal appointment feeling accomplished & confident in their decision to say yes on their first visit.

I'm looking for a wedding dress on a budget, do you have any options for me?Yes! We have a collection of dresses that we can sell for up to 60% off! These wedding dresses are sold off-the-rack & are only available in the exact size & color we have available in the store. It is important to know that not every style of dress is available on sale, but we do the best we can to offer wedding dresses at the best price for you!

Do you carry your tuxedos in store?No. Our tuxedos are ordered prior to your event & shipped to us from our tuxedo retailer. Same-week event shipping is available, but style options may be limited & additional charges apply.

Are there any discounts for ordering my wedding tuxes from you?Yes! Every 6th wedding tux ordered you will receive the groom's tux free.

Do you take individual payments from groomsmen?No. We do not take individual payments from each groomsman in your bridal party, it is the bride & groom's responsibility to collect money from their groomsmen if needed.

How long is my tuxedo rental good for?Your rental is good for an entire week! The Tuesday before your event - the Tuesday following your event. For events where you may need your rental longer, we offer different rental options to accommodate you!

Do I need an appointment to shop prom?No! Prom appointments are NOT required & we welcome you to come shop anytime during our operating hours!

How much do prom dresses cost?Our prom dresses run anywhere from $299-$599, of course there are dresses that will fall outside of that range. We do have a line of semi-formal dresses that are more budget friendly!

What designers do you carry?We carry Sherri Hill, Amarra, Ellie Wilde, & Alyce Paris among others!

How do I know you carry a certain style of dress?We try our best to carry the "IT" dresses each season, however; it is not realistic to carry every dress from every designer. If you see a style online that you love call to see if we carry it, if we don't, we are happy to look up similar styles or see if we can order it for you! We have access to all styles from our designers Sherri Hill, Amarra, Ellie Wilde, & Alyce Paris.

Will I be charged for my bridal appointment?No. Bridal appointments do require a card on file at time of booking, however; we NEVER charge your card if you show up to your appointment. A $25 fee is applied to no shows & cancellations within 48 hours of appointment.

When should I start shopping for my wedding dress?Now! Earlier is always better. Our average brides shops 7-12 months before her wedding. Typically, we expect wedding dresses to take between 16-24 weeks from time of ordering to arrival in our store. Of course, wedding dresses can be bought off-the-rack if our shipping times do not work for your wedding timeline.

Do brides really find "the dress" on their first visit?Yes! It is not uncommon for brides to fall in love with a dress on their first visit to the store. In fact, we find that brides who opt for booking appointments one shop at a time are usually less overwhelmed & more confident in their choice by the time it's all said & done!

How many guests can come to my appointment with me?We offer three tiers of bridal appointments to accommodate parties of different sizes! Complimentary: These appointments can accommodate the bride & 3 guests. There is no fee to book this appointment! I Do Crew: These appointments can accommodate the bride & 6 guests. I Do Crew appointments require a $50 fee at time of booking. Luxe: These appointments can accommodate the bride & up to twelve guests. Luxe Appointments are designed for any bride who wants to include their closest loved ones in their search for "the one." To make the Luxe Experience extra special, bridal gowns purchased during these appointments will automatically receive 15% off. Luxe appointments do require a $175 fee at time of booking.
